Canada
We offer free ground shipping by Purolator
on orders over $199 in Canadian dollars (before taxes) in
all provinces and territories (excluding the arctic and remote locations). Delivery takes
from 3 - 9 days depending on your location.
Canadian orders are shipped directly from Stratford,
Ontario. Your parcel will be delivered to your door
(or location of your choice in Canada), with no customs fees or import duties.
A flat shipping rate of
$14.95
in Canadian dollars is charged for ground
service on orders being delivered within Canada. We
also have a Purolator Air option which takes from 2 - 3 business
days. The cost for the Air Service is $26.00 in
Canadian dollars.
Purolator is unable to ship to PO Box numbers. If a
PO Box number is given without a street address, your
parcel will be shipped by Canada Post using Expedited
Ground Service.
Due to expiration of a cost sharing program, we regret
that we can no longer subsidize shipments going to the
Arctic and other remote locations that can only be
supplied by Air Service.
If you reside in the Arctic or a remote location, we suggest
you call for shipping rates, or place a phone order.
We will then call within 24 - 36 hours (excluding
weekends) to provide an accurate
shipping amount.

Remote Locations
Remote locations are
areas that have no year round road or ferry service
connections to provincial highways. Remote locations
in Northern BC, AB, SK and MB take 6 days for
delivery. For all other remote locations, delivery
may take up to 14 days. Remember to order early.

Extremely Remote
Locations (Delivery Surcharge)
Delivery to extremely remote locations
will incur additional shipping charges, and we will email
or call you regarding these charges. You should
place your order online and at the payment screen select
the phone payment option. With this method we will
have all pertinent information when we contact you
regarding remote surcharges. Order early.

USA
We offer free ground shipping on
all orders over $199 in US dollars for delivery locations
within the USA, and its territories.
American orders are
shipped directly from Mankato, Minnesota. Your
parcel will be delivered to your door (or location of your choice in
the USA), with no customs
fees, import duties or taxes.
We charge a flat rate of
$7.95
in US dollars for ground
service on orders being delivered to the United States and
it territories. Delivery takes from 4 - 9 business days. We also have an Air option which takes from
3 - 4 business days. The cost for the Air Service is
$23.75 in US dollars.
All shipments other than APO / FPO and PO Box addresses are shipped
by FedEx service.
Orders shipped to APO / FPO military addresses and PO Box
numbers (without a physical street address) are shipped
by the United States Postal Service. Please allow extra time for delivery,
especially if the shipment will need to be transported to an
overseas military base.

(Outside Canada & USA)
Sorry, we no longer
ship goods outside of Canada and the USA. Unfortunately,
shipping costs for parcel service to destinations outside
Canada and the USA has become prohibitive, in addition to
other logistical issues.

Back
Orders/ Discontinued Items Our
website is updated on a timely basis for items on back order
and for discontinued items. However inherit delays in
the supply chain, may on rare occasions allow a Back Ordered
or Discontinued item to be ordered, before it can be removed
or updated on the website.
You will be notified of back orders / discontinued items within
24-36 hours (excluding weekends). You have the
option of holding the shipment until the backordered item
arrives in stock, substitute for another item, cancel the
back ordered / discontinued item, or cancel the entire order
if you wish. Your order total will be adjusted
accordingly.
If we receive no correspondence from you, by phone
or email within 5 business days, the remainder of the
order (excluding the back ordered item(s), will be shipped and
you will be refunded for the
unavailable item(s).
You always have the option to re-order the out of stock or substitution
item(s) once it becomes available. This re-order will be
treated as a new order, and all applicable charges will apply, as a new order.
Please note that back orders are few and far between; however, we advise
that Customers order early to allow for any possible
delays. Remember, "Plan Ahead to be Wed".

Restrictions
on Orders Containing Candles The
temperature can exceed 60 degrees Celsius inside transport
trucks on weekend layover; causing the potential for any
shipment containing candles to melt. This is why
orders containing candles must be shipped by Xpresspost
or 1 - 3 business day service, during the summer months.
In addition, we cannot ship candles to APO/FPO addresses
during the summer months.
Orders containing candles cannot be
shipped by regular Ground Service between May 15 and
September 15. Orders containing Candles must be
shipped Xpresspost or 1 - 3 business day service, and
these shipments will be shipped on the Monday or Tuesday
of the week, where possible. Try and have your order
submitted by Friday or the weekend so it can be ready to
ship at the start of the week. (This will help ensure most
deliveries are made within the shortest time and that
parcels do not sit during the weekend). Even if you
order by Air, remember to try and be available to receive
your order, or arrange with the courier for pickup at the
depot; otherwise this can create delays as well with your
parcel sitting in the heat.
